US Anti Gambling Laws Unfair To Financial Institutions
By Deborah Archibald

The Pro-online gambling group published a report on the cost of enforcing the online gambling ban. It would place a high burden on US banks, credit card companies and other financial institutions.
Alston and Bird who completed an advisory report on Monday concluded that the new rules surrounding the internet gambling would not be fair to any company involved in financial transactions.
In their findings it was reported that although the rules would be in place US citizens would still be able to find ways to circumvent the law and continue to gamble online.
It was concluded that if the United States legalized online gambling there would be billions in revenue for the Government to subsidize under funded programs such as health care initiatives, veterans affairs etc.
Right now the US is being sued for 3.2 billion by Antique and Barbuda for their reluctance to settle their WTO claims by the dates allotted.
